Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Toolkits)

Due to the nature of digital products, once a toolkit has been delivered (email sent), we do not ordinarily offer refunds. By providing your email address and requesting an invoice, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel after delivery.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a technical issue with the file download or believe the product is materially incomplete, contact us at max@20percentfuel.com within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, and if necessary, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. 90‑Day Fleet Fuel Rollout

For the 90‑Day Rollout service, refunds are only available for the unused portion of the service, and only if work has not yet begun. Once the baseline setup or manager launch has been initiated, fees become non‑refundable. Custom agreements may outline specific terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email max@20percentfuel.com with your order details (name, email, date of purchase, and product). We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster and more amicably.
